The fish known as "Asian carp"  of which there are several  species including the "jumping" silver carp  are a whole different animal. They're huge, voracious, and  and eat the plants that  make up the base of the Food Chain of The Great Lakes.    ANY of these asian carp can wreck the Great Lakes Eco-system  that provides the state of Michigan and surrounding states with some  a chunk of their income..commercial fishing, sport fishing and all the tourism dollars which are attached to that.

This fish is a MENACE and dangerous.  They weigh around 100 Pounds!!!  They eat A LOT EVERY DAY.     They also cause boating accidents IN and OUT of boats.  They jump, jump jump in response to boat sounds.  They hurt people in many ways!!!!!

The Canal in Chicago needs to be closed.

The fish known as "Asian Carp" is a menace to Michigan.  They are HUGE.. around  100 pounds!!! And they are hungry, RAVENOUS!  And DANGEROUS!  They jump in response to boat sounds.

The Supreme Court has ruled Not to close the canel in Chicago where these fish are coming from.    So we will have to wait and see what the scientists will come up with.
